IT Support Engineer - 1219

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer. The IT Support Engineer role is offered as a permanent full-time position (office based, no remote working).

Hours: 10am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours pw)

Location: Erith

The role is to assist the IT Manager to ensure the company’s internal IT systems (hardware and software) are functioning and operational 24/7.

IT Support Engineer Skills and Attributes required:

To be considered for the IT Support Engineer role you must have:

• Experience in IT support for approximately 100 users
• An IT-related qualification or currently studying towards one
• Proficient PC skills including:
• MS Office
• Office 365
• Windows
• Installing and configuring PCs
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work within timescales
• Ability to communicate effectively across all functions
