Job Description:

A law firm that is nationally recognized for being one of the very best in the UK (and has the awards to prove it) is looking to add to their technical support team within their Chester office. As the IT Support Engineer, it will be your job to help maintain and develop the current IT Infrastructure (Windows environment). This will include project work, desktop support, and general work within the Cloud.

Infrastructure that you will get to work with:

1. Windows Server
2. Windows OS
3. Azure Administration
4. Networking, Security, and Firewalls
5. Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS
6. Office 365

Responsibilities:

1. Support the internal user base with any issues, both remotely and face to face.
2. Work closely with third-party companies to ensure that the overall IT and infrastructure is maintained and supported to a high level.
3. Work on upcoming projects.
