We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join our Internal Support team here at Microlise! As a key part of our IT operations, you will ensure our systems run seamlessly by providing high-quality technical support to users based at our HQ in Nottingham. You will be key in maintaining the smooth operation of IT services, resolving issues efficiently and proactively improving the IT environment.
This role requires a balance of user support, system administration, and technical problem-solving to enhance the business's overall IT experience. You will be providing technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations, whilst maintaining and administering internal IT systems.
