IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer required to join an internal IT Support team for a busy office in Lincoln. You will support office and home based users hardware and software services.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to end-user issue support requests from the helpdesk ticketing system.
2. Technical support and fault diagnosis.
3. Install and configure new IT equipment.
4. Mobile phone support.
5. Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners.
6. Implement security measures such as Bit Locker and NTFS permissions.
