As an IT Support Engineer, you will be required to provide 1st and 2nd level support in a busy organisation with multiple users.Some of your duties will include:
Managing, organising and evaluating IT systems and electronic data operations
Installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
Ensuring security of data, network access, and backup systems throughout the company
Liaising with third-party contractors when necessary to resolve technical issues
Managing a register of when maintenance was completed and a schedule of dates
Managing IT asset register and handling annual budget to ensure cost effectiveness
