IT Support Engineer - Hybrid – Security Cleared

Security Cleared IT Support Engineer required on an initial 6-month contract. The IT Support Engineer is required to travel and support 3 sites in the South West and surrounding areas. The Engineer would focus on issues up to 2nd line and must show competency supporting bespoke/personalised versions of applications such as Microsoft 365.

The IT Support Engineer would travel between the 3 sites with some flexibility of working from home.

IT Support Engineer - Technical Skills / Experience required:

• Current Security Clearance (or previously held SC Clearance - lapsed)
• Prior experience within an IT Support / 2nd Line role
• Windows 10/11 – Administration and Support
• Supporting bespoke/personalised versions of applications
• Microsoft EUC Stack
• Microsoft 365 – Administration and Support
• Active Directory experience
• Skype
• Experience with ticket management systems

This Security Cleared IT Support Engineer role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available next week.
