Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for an IT Support Assistant Apprentice with Poppleston Allen, a licensing solicitors based in Nottingham.
Role Summary:
An opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our IT team and to broaden their IT experience in a legal environment.
The IT Support Assistant will provide general technical support to colleagues at all levels, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems, hardware and software.
The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, and liaising with external IT providers to support the efficient functioning of the firm’s IT infrastructure.
The role is office based.
