IT Support and Tracking System Administrator
Circle Decontamination - Radlett
37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary Up to GBP28,000.00 per year

Circle Health Group Decontamination is responsible for the provision of sterile equipment and instrumentation for use in surgical and interventional procedures in hospitals across the Southeast of England.

We have an opportunity for an IT Support and Tracking System Administrator to join their team of staff. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Be open-minded to new ways of thinking.
  • A keen attention to detail is essential.
  • Work well with people with different levels of technical knowledge.
  • Some experience of technical support is desirable, but not essential.
  • An enthusiasm or interest in technology and a technical mind.
  • The flexibility to work at other locations if required.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.

Duties of this role include:

  • Maintain the front-end database for equipment bookings, consultants, and new hospital procedures.
  • Work with hospitals and consultants to keep the bookings database up to date.
  • Support the IT manager in maintaining the nation-wide IT Systems.
  • Work with the user community to troubleshoot issues and implement technical solutions to assist with more economical workflows.
  • User guidance and training on IT systems.
  • Assist with installation and implementation of new and replacement decontamination related IT hardware across the decontamination units.
  • Advise on technical processes which help to standardise practice across the group.
