IT SUPPORT ANALYST (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

WELLINGBOROUGH (ONSITE)

You will support the upgrade of end users’ machines to Windows 11, with a key focus on delivering excellent user experiences whilst helping to maintain security and stability. This will start in May 2025, with all upgrades completed by the beginning of November 2025.

Based in our Wellingborough head office, you will need to work across all Weatherbys Bank sites which include London, Edinburgh and Manchester which includes travel and stop over (if required).

Salary: £28,500-£33,000 per annum (pro rata)

What You Will Do

  • Follow the step-by-step instructions to upgrade end users’ devices to Windows 11
  • Migrate end users machine profiles
  • Feedback any issues which are flagged by end users into the core project team for resolution
  • Support with the re-build of devices to a Windows 11 machine
  • Retain a daily stock inventory of available devices to support the roll out plan
  • Work effectively with product and engineering management to define sprint tasks.
  • Document all aspects of work according to Bank standards.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience working in an IT service desk team.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

It would be nice for you to have

  • Experience of Service Now for asset management.
