IT Support Analyst

We are currently working closely with our client to recruit an IT Support Analyst.

Who will you be working for?
Our Client is a lovely small corporate business with offices within Central and Greater London.

What will you be doing?
You will be providing first line IT support across all business offices.

Key Duties:

1. Microsoft Office & Windows Desktop support – provide user advice, assistance and guidance on common desktop applications and respond to and resolve any issues.
2. Hardware specification, testing and procurement.
3. Hardware repair and maintenance.
4. PC and Printer troubleshooting.
5. Configuring and deployment of desktops/laptops to end users.
6. Setting up and management of user profiles.
7. Liaising with ISP checking Internet connections.
8. Configuring and managing wireless networks.
9. Maintain and follow standard build processes and full documentation for all systems.
10. Maintain asset inventory.
11. Routine maintenance of desktop software/hardware such as WSUS and manufacturer firmware updates.
12. Registering products for warranty.
13. Purchasing consumables in relation to IT equipment.

About you:

1. Previous experience within a similar role - essential.
2. Be an exceptional communicator - essential.
3. Confident in a formal environment.
4. Remain calm and composed under pressure.
5. Strong organisational skills.
6. Reliable with exceptional time keeping.

This is a great opportunity to work for small corporate offices. Working hours are 9.15am – 5.45pm plus great benefits including contributory pension, discretionary Christmas bonus, 5 weeks annual leave and more. The salary is £28,500 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
