An established industry player is seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst to join their team supporting the Ministry of Defence. In this predominantly on-site role, you will provide essential 2nd line support to end users while utilizing helpdesk software and adhering to ITIL best practices. Up to £33,000/annum
Must be eligible for UK MoD Security Clearance
Sanderson Government and Defence is working with a business supporting the Ministry of Defence with a service desk solution. They are looking for someone with 3 years experience in a relevant role (1st line is fine) to join as a 2nd Line Support Analyst on a 12 month rolling FTC.
You should have a technical background providing support to end users via helpdesk software, an understanding of ITIL best practices, and a customer-focused approach.
You will have the opportunity to progress towards Oracle and SQL Database management, as well as potentially mentoring more junior team members in due course.
Due to the high level of clearance the company will look to put you through, you must be a Sole UK National in order to apply to this position.
You must also be able to commute to Bristol Business Park in Stoke Gifford; this is a full-time on-site role with some flexibility depending on end client requirements, but this cannot be guaranteed.
This is a great role for someone interested in working with the MoD and looking to progress towards the 2nd Line.
