A leading name in the financial services sector is seeking an IT Supplier Relationship Manager to help strengthen relationships with key IT suppliers!

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for a select group of important suppliers, supporting the delivery of essential IT services that drive success for the organization worldwide. Your contributions will have a significant impact across the business and shape how supplier relationships are managed.

As an IT Supplier Relationship Manager, you will:

• Assist in the development and implementation of a new vendor management framework that enhances interactions with suppliers across all business functions.
• Lead a small, skilled team dedicated to improving supplier management processes and supporting different suppliers/regions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at important Tier 1 suppliers, transforming how these relationships are maintained.
• Support risk and compliance assessments in line with financial services regulations, integrating these practices into daily operations.
• Have the opportunity for growth, with potential advancement into more senior roles in the future.

Required Background for IT Supplier Relationship Manager:

• A solid understanding of IT concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Experience in supplier relationship management or vendor management, especially in modernizing existing processes
• Familiarity with regulated environments like Financial Services is a plus, but not required.
• Exposure to managing teams in a large organization is beneficial.
• A strong academic background is a plus but not essential at this level.
