What you'll be doing:
- Troubleshoot issues and manage requests
- Update and manage software asset manager
- Monitor software usage, deployment, and licence availability
- Licence management, renewals, and access
- Project work and audit preparation
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Full SAM life cycle
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years in an IT Software Asset Management role
- Demonstrable experience working with SNOW
- Proactive approach to work
- Able to use initiative and make recommendations
- Experience or willingness to partake in project work and migrations
- Understanding of Flexera or ServiceNow is desirable
