IT Software Asset Analyst

A great opportunity for an experienced IT SAM Analyst who has experience managing software and licensing to join a global organisation, at one of their main UK offices here in Liverpool. This is a place that invests in technology and values their employees.

What you'll be doing:

1. Troubleshoot issues and manage requests
2. Update and manage software asset manager
3. Monitor software usage, deployment and licence availability
4. Licence management, renewals and access
5. Project work and audit preparation
6. Manage relationships with vendors
7. Full SAM lifecycle

Experience to succeed:

1. Minimum of 3 years in an IT Software Asset Management role
2. Demonstrable experience working with SNOW
3. Proactive approach to work
4. Able to use initiative and make recommendations
5. Experience or willingness to partake in project work and migrations
6. Understanding of Flexera or ServiceNow is desirable
