Job description

IT Service Director - Outside IR35 - Up to £1000 Per Day - Global FMCG Separation

I have recently been engaged by a Global FMCG business who are looking for an experienced IT Service Director to join them on a SOW basis for an initial 6-12 month period.

The ideal candidate will be solely responsible for defining and then delivering the blueprint for IT Service Management across the organisation. You will also lead and oversee the ITSM transformation programme with a focus on optimising ServiceNow across ITSM, FinOps, and HRSD modules.

  • Contract Type: SOW (Outside IR35)
  • Day Rate: £800-£1000
  • Initial Duration: 6-12 months (with likely extension up to 2 years)
  • Start Date: Targeting early June (can wait up to 1 month for the right person)
  • Location: Remote with occasional travel (TBC)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience leading ITSM transformation programmes at enterprise level
  • Strong background in ServiceNow, particularly across ITSM, FinOps, and HRSD
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced environments - ideally within FMCG or similar industries
