IT Service Desk Technician Second Line

Colchester

Permanent – Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

You will be the first responder for incidents and service requests which are logged with the Service Desk ensuring incidents are resolved by priority order, escalating where required to ILT Teams or 3rd parties.

About you

You will have previous customer service experience in a customer-facing role, utilizing email, telephone, and face-to-face communications. You will also have experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365, Android, and Apple iOS.
