At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
IT related higher education (VAT, Degree or similar)
Fluent English is required, additional languages will be valued.
IT Skills: Solid knowledge and troubleshooting abilities for hardware and software (Windows environment). Strong understanding of technical Internet fundamentals. Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (a plus). Experience or strong interest in enterprise endpoint security.
Essential soft skills: customer service abilities, able to support multiple clients/tasks at once, troubleshooting abilities
Able to work both independently and as a team member
