Are you an experienced IT Service Desk professional looking for your next career move? Are you keen to manage a fast-paced IT Service Desk team? We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to come in and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's IT Service Desk. You will work with your IT Support team to ensure that services are provided efficiently and effectively, ensuring SLAs are met so the wider business can achieve company goals. This is a fast-paced role that will provide you with full autonomy over driving continuous improvement and implementing ITIL best practice across your team.

Salary: £40k-£45k base salary plus great benefits
