Our client is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who is eager to learn from the best and progress from taking on more responsibility. This is a global role where you will be communicating and working with an international team who are operating a 24/7 technical support line. Your Role as IT Service Desk Analyst will include:

1. Managing and delivering on support desk issues ensuring timely and adequate resolutions
2. Hybrid home and office Shift work, 11:00-19:00
3. Working ticketing systems, troubleshooting & escalations
4. Using ITSM tools, FreshService

The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will have:

1. Qualification in IT or Computer Science
2. Technical support, help desk or similar experience
3. Freshservice or other ITSM tools experience
