1st Line Support Analyst
Onsite in Chippenham 5 days per week
Salary - £25,000

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst who is not only technically knowledgeable but also possesses excellent customer service skills. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to changing circumstances, and has a keen eye for problem-solving. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, providing top-notch technical support while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.

What you bring:

  • Ability to prioritise variable workload and know when to escalate a problem appropriately
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Good knowledge of service management toolsets like ServiceNow and ITIL
  • Proven experience & understanding of IT infrastructure, desktop and business applications
  • Administration of Active Directory, End User Devices, Office 365 and Business Applications
  • Technical knowledge to encompass all versions of MS Windows, Basic TCP/IP Networking and Citrix
