Job Description
In this pivotal IT Service Delivery Manager role, you will oversee a major new contract, delivering exceptional IT support services to a key client with 3,000 users across multiple UK sites. You'll have the chance to work closely with key business stakeholders, identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction, and create and implement an effective service improvement plan in collaboration with the Service Desk Manager. Based in Greater Manchester, this role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a company that has seen impressive growth in the last two years. The Successful Applicant

£50,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)

This role will be split across the office in Wigan and customer site in Stockport. With this being a new contract, there will be more onsite work expected initially and you will need to be available to work in the office/on customer site 4+ days per week.
