Job description

We're looking for a proactive IT Service and Support Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll support our IT ticketing process, manage end-user device requests, and work closely with global IT teams to ensure seamless operations.


Working hours:
Monday - Friday
8AM - 4PM


Pay:
£13


What you'll do:

  1. Set up IT equipment for new starters and support staff transitions
  2. Handle desktop/laptop repairs and mobile device administration
  3. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and reset passwords
  4. Use ServiceNow to log and manage incidents and requests
  5. Maintain accurate asset tracking and IT stock levels
  6. Collaborate with global IT teams to meet SLAs

What you bring:

  1. Solid experience with PC/laptop hardware, Microsoft Windows/Office, and networking basics
  2. Strong organisational and communication skills
