Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is on the lookout for an IT Sales Executive to help drive the business growth by promoting a range of cutting-edge ICT, Content Services, and MPS solutions to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales targets across Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector markets.

IT Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  1. The role will ensure all existing and new sales opportunities utilise the entire portfolio of annuity or subscription services, hardware, software and professional services. This desk-based inside sales role will sell solutions, services and products to existing Kyocera, Annodata & MCL customers as well as new logo to all areas, via the telephone, online meetings or written communications.
  2. Responsible for sales process from contact through to close.
  3. Responsibility for a predefined company customer base.
  4. Ownership and account management of existing customers maximising additional growth.
  5. Proactive sales of selected Content Services, ICT and MPS Products & Solutions.
  6. Identify decision makers within target customers & prospects.
  7. Utilise full range of resource tools including but not limited to Bus Gen Support, marketing, social media platforms.
  8. Manage time to achieve key performance indicators.
  9. Responding to service desk tickets eg Mobiles and T&M tickets.
  10. Complete presales tickets.
  11. Direct responsibility of all Business Solutions renewals below £20K threshold.
  12. Developing day to day relationships with key clients & stakeholders.
  13. High levels of customer satisfaction.
  14. Good relationship with Technical Services Staff to specify customer requirement correctly.
  15. Close relationship with SOP staff in order that the correct level of detail is provided ensuring purchase ordering and invoicing is not delayed.

IT Sales Executive Key Skills:

  1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Ability to exceed targets through structured approach and pipeline management.
  3. Maintain efficient diary and time management.
  4. Demonstrable previous experience within a sales role is essential, prior knowledge of our industry would be advantageous.
  5. Fully understand leasing & deal construction is essential.
  6. Results orientated, driven to succeed, achieve and exceed targets.
  7. Experience of using relationship management tools (Salesforce) and competent in using all MS Office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.
  8. Proven experience of negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  9. Building rapport with customers - relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  10. Comfortable in cross selling being able to use initiative to offer alternative solutions to potential customers.
  11. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
