IT Sales – Account Director

Base salary to £65k, OTE Double + Benefits Package

Our client is an award-winning CRN Top 100 Partner that is enjoying a fantastic period of growth that has seen them double in size in less than 3 years. During this time, they have created and built new sales teams to focus on – and maximise the revenue stream generated across – specific Sectors and Regions, creating many fantastic career opportunities for both existing and new sales members. But they are not stopping here! In fact, the aggressive expansion plans are merely gathering momentum and as such they are seeking to onboard several proven sales people across a number of disciplines including New Business BDM’s, Account Managers, Account Directors and Team Leaders.
The ACCOUNT DIRECTOR roles require individuals with a demonstrable track record of Account growth and New Business Revenue generation from within. Evidence of detailed account planning, relationship management and cross-selling / upselling is essential. You will also need to have sold Microsoft and / or Cisco based Managed Services.
It is expected that you will have been producing in the region of £750k – £1m GP per Annum and eager to work for an organisation that provides the support and infrastructure for you to double these figures and thereby double your earnings. A culture of developing, nurturing and promoting from within exists and there is a strong emphasis on hiring talented individuals that are seeking a long-term career move.
