Location: Birmingham, Midlands (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DoE)

The Role:

As an IT Project Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of end-to-end IT infrastructure and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. You'll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and influence strategic decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 4+ years' experience in IT project management, ideally within infrastructure or systems integration.
3. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
4. Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources.
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable:

1. Certifications in PRINCE2, ITIL, or PMP.
2. Experience with cloud migration projects or ERP implementations.
