Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring effective change, risk, and resource management throughout the lifecycle
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, managing the complexity of global programs
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in communication and timely reporting of project status
Analyse and mitigate program risks to ensure successful outcomes
Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, driving continuous improvement in team performance and customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management, preferably in an agile environment
Strong ability to manage cross-functional, global teams, particularly in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment
Experience in hardware, software, and systems development, with a focus on automotive or electric vehicle technologies being a strong advantage
Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, leading product roadmaps, and implementing change management initiatives
Solid understanding of cybersecurity and functional safety requirements within the automotive or tech industry is desirable
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a high level of personal accountability
Experience in a high-tech automotive OR fast-paced technology environment
