Proclinical is seeking an IT Program Manager to enhance the development and configuration processes of clinical data collection software. This role involves guiding a full stack development team through Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality software delivery. The position is for a 12-month contract based in Wrexham, Wales.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for a global team.
  2. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
  3. Remove obstacles and minimize distractions for the development team.
  4. Collaborate with product owners and managers to manage the product backlog.
  5. Plan efficiency improvements into each validation and release cycle.
  6. Conduct demos to finalize impact assessments and document decisions.
  7. Track and report team progress and metrics to stakeholders.
  8. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  9. Coach team members on Agile best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  1. Scrum Master certification(s).
  2. Experience working with full stack development teams.
  3. Familiarity with highly regulated industries and compliance standards.
  4. Proficiency in Jira for project management.
  5. Experience with mobile app development and cloud technologies.
  6. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid settings.
