IT Product Management (gn) Data & Analytics

The role

Erdal Akbulut* is the Hiring Lead you`ll talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work and career perspectives.

The main responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data product strategy that aligns with SoftwareOne's business goals.
• Build and manage a delivery roadmap for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Bring contributors together around product strategy and ensure consistent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise multiple workstreams and handle conflicting priorities to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Define and track critical metrics to measure the impact and success of data products.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data. Leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

This is a new role within the Data team. Currently, responsibilities are divided between the Product Owner and Erdal. Therefore, this role requires someone who is enthusiastic about bringing this new position to life, crafting processes, building partnerships and trust, and performing efficiently. Strong experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

What we need to see from you

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A proven track record in Program/ Product Management of digital products, such as Software Solutions.
  • Your current role might be: (Senior) Business Analyst, Product Manager or Product Owner for a Software product, Technical Project Management or similar. Please note: This is not a Marketing- or Ecommerce-related Product Management role.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance, Data Management, or an equivalent.
• Solid understanding of project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-focused mentality.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and executive collaborators.
• High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
