Job Title: IT / Network Contract Coordinator (IOT Manager)

Purpose of the Job

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily and Weekly reports
  2. Customer facing - Regular client meetings with progress updates, new projects and break-fix works
  3. Manage devices across all EMEA and ensure they are connected to the network.
  4. Update security and network vulnerabilities
  5. Configure new devices
  6. IP configuration inclusive of passwords, IP address, SNMP, web protocol etc.
  7. Amend threshold ranges to agreed SLA's
  8. Update licensing
  9. Correct faults on current devices
  10. Perform firmware upgrades
  11. Create new SOPs and keep current ones up to date
  12. Raise and deal with SDSK requests
  13. Server reboots
  14. Isolated devices
  15. Resolve connectivity issues (PDUs, ATS, BMS, UPS)
  16. Switch upgrades
  17. Conduct full site re-IP's
  18. Update appropriate SDSKs
  19. Pre/post checks of all facility devices
  20. Keep the EMEA FAC devices - Master sheet up to date
  21. Keep the QVS Master sheet up to date
  22. Update all relevant spreadsheets with new or replaced devices
  23. First point of contact to CTEC, Networks, Infrastructure and E.ON for all facility device requests, installs and upgrades.
  24. Liaise with E.On to ensure all information is up to date and added to the BMS
  25. Utilize network programs such as Niknac, Putty, Telnet, CMD, Phosphorus
  26. Be open to taking on new responsibilities in short periods (it is an expansive role)

Desirable skills

  1. Good knowledge of network equipment inclusive of PDUs, switches, BMS equipment
  2. Basic working knowledge of M&E equipment
  3. Basic functional knowledge of CMD, run a ping, IP config, continuous ping etc.
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  5. Good at working in a team and independently
  6. Excellent customer service
