  2. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or lab-related IT roles, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.
  3. Solid understanding of GMP, FDA, GAMP, and other regulatory standards.
  4. Consistent track record in implementing IT solutions in manufacturing and lab environments.
  5. Outstanding project management, leadership, and communication skills.
