Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

IT Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a small IT team, ensuring top-tier IT support and system development.

ERP & System Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of SAP, ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics systems.

Project Management: Drive end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

IT Support & Operations: Ensure seamless IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance system performance.

Security & Compliance: Implement IT security protocols, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Budget & Resource Management: Manage IT budgets, evaluate technology purchases, and allocate resources effectively.

What You Need to Succeed

Proven IT Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT management within an enterprise environment.

ERP & System Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and ERP systems.

Project Management Skills: Strong background in leading IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, database management, and IT service delivery.

Strong Communication & Leadership: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive IT strategy.

Automotive Industry Experience (): Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
