When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.

To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

You will play a key role in developing and implementing IT strategies that are aligned with our goals and objectives.

You’ll also be responsible for:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and security of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, both remotely and in the company offices.
• Technical Support: Through our IT service provider ensure seamless support for all employees and stakeholders, addressing technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Asset Management: Develop and implement robust systems to manage software and hardware assets so colleagues and partners have the right tools to do their jobs brilliantly.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team supplemented by 3rd parties, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Cybersecurity: Working closely with the Information Security Manager implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT services and solutions.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

We think the role would be great if you have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Experience managing remote teams and providing remote IT support.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience of M365, Intune, Google, Jamf, Salesforce, IFS, Video Conferencing etc.
