Service Service are pleased to be partnering with a local business who are looking to add an experienced IT Manager/Leader into their team. With some amazing growth plans penned in for 2025, it is a great time to be joining.

The role of IT Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to effectively lead and develop internal technology infrastructure, whilst also ensuring seamless operation internally with third party solutions. As the sole person responsible for technology, they are looking for someone who can help push forward their technical direction and take a hands-on “roll your sleeves up” approach.

From a technical perspective we are looking for someone to have experience in some of, if not, all the following:

1. Proficient in IT System best practices
2. Understanding of complex systems integration and implementations
3. Experience with both hardware and software setup
4. Experience with both on-premise and cloud infrastructure would be beneficial
5. Technical expertise with PowerBI or similar would be advantageous
6. Experience working across a wide range of business functions
7. Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices

Salary for the role is paying from £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits.
