Role: Infrastructure Manager

Locations: Manchester and other locations (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £50k to £60k – depending on experience Plus Benefits

The Role: We need an IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role involves travel within the UK and offers hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain system uptime & availability.
  2. Deliver projects on time and within budget.
  3. Implement cybersecurity measures and incident response.
  4. Achieve Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
  5. Engage with stakeholders and improve IT processes.
  6. Manage the relationship with our outsourced IT Service Provider.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  1. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in IT Network administration, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and device management.
  3. Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance regulations, and Microsoft estate (MS Domain Management, Active Directory, Intune, MDM, O365).
  4. Experience in IT Governance, Disaster Recovery, and project management.
  5. ITIL knowledge.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  1. Legal sector experience.
  2. Achieving Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Degree or equivalent education.
  2. ITIL Accreditation is ideal.
