Nissan Formula E Team has been competing in motorsport and the FIA Formula E World Championship for many years and is looking for an IT infrastructure lead to contribute to the team's development.

Position

We are seeking a motivated IT infrastructure lead to join our team dedicated to supporting our IT systems and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our technological environment by providing effective support and solutions to internal users.

Responsibilities

1. Deploy, configure, and manage Windows operating systems (AD, DNS, DHCP).
2. Manage, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
3. Deploy and manage infrastructure in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
4. Manage cloud services (authentication, backups, etc.).
5. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure or application issues and provide support to users.
6. Ensure data and system security by applying best practices in IT security.
7. Participate in the definition and implementation of IT security policies.
8. Document technical interventions and keep the knowledge base up to date.
9. In a competitive environment, you will need to stay updated on technology trends and propose improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements

1. 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Technician with a specialization in infrastructure and Microsoft solutions.
2. Proven expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
3. Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
4. Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
5. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
6. Good communication skills and service-oriented approach.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
9. English fluent.

We are looking for a full-time person for our office located in Viry-Châtillon, France.
