The IT Incident Management Governance Coordinator is an integral part of the Global Incident Management Function within Operations Management, TDI. The Incident Management Governance team is tasked with overseeing the Incident Management (IM) process utilised by IT stakeholders and the Global Incident Management team.
You and the team will operate a "follow the sun" service model across three regions, ensuring that IM processes and controls are effective, compliant with the published Key Operating Documents (KOD), and aligned with the responsibilities outlined in the IT Governance and Management Charter.
