A home-based role covering the South East and the surrounding area, generally involving site visits on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and home working on Monday and Friday.

Basic Salary: £35,000 to £45,000

1. Managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers.
2. Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Your Background - IT Field Service Engineer, Medical PACS Systems

To be considered for this role you should have:

1. A strong background in an IT field service engineer, IT database administration or IT technical support role.
2. Experience of one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, SQL, DICOM, HL7, server support, advanced technologies and front and back end support.
