A home-based role covering the South East and the surrounding area, generally involving site visits on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and home working on Monday and Friday.

• Basic Salary: GBP35,000 to GBP45,000

• Managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations, and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers.
• Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A strong background as an IT field service engineer, IT database administration, or IT technical support role.
• Experience of one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, SQL, DICOM, HL7, server support, advanced technologies, and front and back end support.
