• Managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations, and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers.

Your Background: IT Field Service Engineer, Medical PACS Systems

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A strong background in an IT field service engineer, IT database administration, or IT technical support role.
• Experience of one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, SQL, DICOM, HL7, server support, advanced technologies, and front and back end support.
