- M365 experience - ideally including but could be to a support level; deployment, administration, licensing, Security, Teams Phone, SharePoint, and InTune
- Azure support, admin, Entra ID, and ideally some design and deployment would be advantageous
- Desktop Support and deployment experience (Windows 10/11)
- Windows Server (2016 - latest)
- Networking experience (routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls)
- IT Security
