The Role:

1. Support and optimise large-scale IT systems to ensure seamless operation.
2. Set up and configure virtual machines, networks, and essential software applications.
3. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while providing exceptional user support.
4. Enforce security protocols to protect our digital resources.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms such as VMware, HyperV or vSphere.
2. Solid understanding of networking principles.
3. Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
4. Experience working in a third-line support role with a focus on implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting IT systems.
5. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL V4 Foundation, Microsoft Certified Server Associate, CCNA) are beneficial but not mandatory.
