IT End-User Systems Technician needed for a leading organisation based in Horsham, West Sussex, who are looking to employ an experienced IT End-User Systems Technician with an in-depth knowledge of solving complex IT problems and ensuring end-users have seamless technology experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support - Diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Manage and maintain our Windows environment, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices running at peak performance
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot our PC and laptop environment
• Support remote and on-site users across the Southeast of England

Minimum Requirements

• Technical Problem-Solver - You have at least 5 years of hands-on IT Support experience
• Microsoft Environment Expert - You know Windows 10/11 inside and out and understand networking principles
• You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable travelling to support users at different locations
