Job Title: IT Director

Salary: Up to £140,000

Location: London with international travel

Who will you be working for?

We are working with an expanding hospitality group with a range of properties. They have a strong presence in the UK and European mainland and have huge growth plans. This exciting group has plans for digital transformation and scale up.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for IT leaders, either Head of IT or IT Director, with a background in global hospitality settings. It would suit someone that has managed large-scale digital transformation. Candidates should be comfortable with regular travel with the potential for overnight stays.

Responsibilities/skills:

• Achieve project goals within set timeframes and budgets.
• Identify problem areas and implement strategic solutions within time frames.
• Create schedules and monitor progress of major IT projects.
• Financial (annual) planning; manage, report and allocate budgets.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructures, system updates, upgrades, migrations, etc.
• Network and data security.
• Lead and manage collaboration with external partners.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Strategic thinker aware of risks and challenges in the field.
• Financial management skills.
• Natural strong communicator on different levels.
• HBO thinking and working level with one of the following educations:
• Bachelor in business IT & management, Bachelor in computer science, Bachelor in HBO-ICT, Master in computer science.
