IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst required for this luxury tour operator based in South West London.

Full-Time position
(Hybrid working, 2 days in London office)

Key Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
2. Proven prior experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile team.
3. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and understand their needs.
4. Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
5. Demonstrable experience working on complex web development projects for B2C ecommerce sites.
6. Proven experience of delivering complex projects including multiple systems, teams and stakeholders.
7. Knowledge and working experience of content management systems (CMS).
8. Working understanding of API's, including troubleshooting and testing.
9. Service desk/Help Desk experience in responding to BAU issues and queries.
10. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Familiarity with any mainstream CRM platform e.g. Hubspot.
12. Working closely with the QA function and ensuring requirements traceability.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

1. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
2. Experience of working in the Luxury Travel Industry.
3. Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
