IT Assistant – Hybrid Working, Oxford

The Role:
As an IT Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the internal IT helpdesk, resolving queries efficiently.
Monitoring and optimizing software and hardware usage.
Providing IT inductions and training for new team members.
Liaising with third-party suppliers and setting up equipment.
Updating technology tools and communicating changes to the team.
Traveling occasionally to other offices within the group.
