Marlowe Environmental Services IT team is responsible for supporting and maintaining all Marlowe Environmental Services Divisions and associated companies' IT systems and applications alongside the Business processes that are agreed. The team is responsible for developing Marlowe Environmental Services Systems in line with the pre-approved IT Strategic Development roadmap driving innovation and evolution of the ways of working.
The primary focus of the IT Application Support will be to lead on the support and maintenance of all applications. The correct candidate will need to approach problems logically, have the ability to work as part of a team and independently whilst having the ability to adapt and be flexible depending on the work demands.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the role will be required to work with all stakeholders across Group to develop and manage the delivery of the IT roadmap and processes that support the Marlowe Environmental Services Strategy and Target Operating Model.
The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong command of both written and spoken English to work with Subject Matter Experts, Business Leads, Senior Leadership Team and employees in order to successfully support the IT Team in delivering the strategic roadmap.
This role offers Hybrid working, working a minimum of 3x days per week from the office in Fazeley, Tamworth & the rest of the week from home.
