The Role: IT/AI/TECH Recruiter

We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, people-driven IT/AI Recruiter to join our team in Manchester! This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home part-time. You’ll have complete autonomy to manage your recruitment process, build strong client relationships, and place top-tier IT & AI talent in game-changing roles. What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-cycle recruitment for IT and AI roles
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging with top tech talent
• Partnering with businesses to understand their hiring needs
• Using the latest tech tools to streamline the hiring process
• Staying ahead of AI trends to spot the best candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT & AI recruitment
• Strong skills in full-cycle hiring & technical recruiting
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively
• Knowledge of AI trends & technologies (bonus points!)
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
