IT Administrator

Location: Telford (occasional travel to Worcestershire)

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established law firm with multiple offices across the region, is seeking a proactive, technically skilled IT Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment, providing vital IT support to ensure smooth operations across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 1st/2nd line IT support across multiple offices
  2. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and maintain systems
  3. Ensure GDPR compliance and data security protocols
  4. Manage IT workflows and prioritize support tickets
  5. Assist with system upgrades and user training
  6. Maintain documentation and audit trails

We Need Someone With:

  1. Proven IT support experience (legal sector a plus)
  2. Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking
  3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  4. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices
