About the Role:

We are seeking a ISS Business Process Analyst to join our team, focusing on the end-to-end management and coordination of REATIVE workflows, subcontractor management, and compliance activities. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operational processes and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, including KAN, KBR, and DWP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Management: Receive, triage, and distribute REATIVE tasks efficiently, ensuring proper prioritization and allocation across relevant teams.
  • Jeopardy Management: Identify potential workflow risks, proactively resolve or escalate issues, and maintain regular jeopardy reports to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Planned and Corrective Work Management: Oversee the coordination of planned and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to established workflows.
  • Statutory Compliance: Maintain statutory compliance by ensuring all necessary evidence is documented, recorded, and easily accessible.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Coordinate with subcontractors, handling routing, updates, performance tracking, and evidence management to maintain high standards of service.
  • Process Interface Management: Act as the key point of contact for hand-offs to KAN and/or subcontractors, monitoring and refining interfaces to support seamless workflow integration.
  • Non-Technical Process Review: Conduct regular, non-technical reviews of integration touchpoints to ensure clear alignment of business processes across organization boundaries, focusing on smooth interactions between KBR and DWP.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in workflow management, operations coordination, or a similar role within a technical or compliance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance, particularly in regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to triage and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to interpret, manage, and report on jeopardy and performance metrics.
  • Experience in subcontractor management, including oversight of deliverables, performance, and evidence tracking.
