Job description

IR Coordinator

We are working on an incredible opportunity to join a highly regarded private equity firm based in London’s West End. The firm has about 100 professionals based in their London office, and a strong global presence. Their fantastic culture is based on shared values of integrity, inclusion, and collaboration, and as a result, they can boast incredibly low turnover. They are looking for a candidate with shared values to join in supporting their investor relations team as a coordinator.

THE ROLE:

The primary focus of this position will be the coordination and execution of events, as well as overflow administration. Day to day will include:

  • Managing initial outreach and IR campaigns
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Coordination of logistics and materials
  • On-site management of events
  • Assisting with board packs
  • Presentation and document management

The team is looking for candidates with a strong events or administrative background. Prior experience working in private equity or financial services is preferred. Having an eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and being proactive and friendly will be key for success.
